The new 5kW HAWT model
Quantum Wind Power Corp. (QUANTUM) intends to develop several wind turbines for manufacture in British Columbia, Canada for sales into several markets. Our primary market is targeted at the small industrial and agricultural and consumer market sector, as well as small-utility scale wind farms. Our secondary market is local power generation for agricultural and industrial applications, which may include supply to developing-world countries. These markets include, but are not ultimately limited to:
- BC Net metering market
- Provincial, municipal and individual-level wind projects in Canada. (These will be located on farms, First Nations lands, and medium-sized industrial sites)
- North American farm communities
- Asian markets
- The formation of consumer/coop/business owned Utility companies selling power produced from wind energy back into the grid.
